3 Ways to Improve Your Life Today
If you have ever made a resolution to do something but didn’t do it, I can tell you why. One reason is that you may not have had valid “why” for the “what” you said you wanted to do. But even when a good “why” is present, it is easy to stumble because of this reason…you did not break down the “what” into little action steps.
This is probably the single biggest reason why most people do not accomplish most of the things they want to but do not accomplish.
If you think about losing 50 pounds, you will probably never do it. If you think about losing 5 pounds, it is much more likely.
If you think about paying off your $10,000 in credit card debt, you will probably never do it. If you resolve to stop using them (i.e. do not add more to the debt) and pay $400 per month, you will be amazed at how quickly you see significant dents being made in that amount.
If you want to write a best-seller, do you call Random House today and tell them to get ready for you? Of course not, you need to write the first sentence.
Tell me something…when you want to get to the top of a staircase, do you jump straight to the landing? Of course not, you step on the first step. It is that simple.
Do not make this more complicated than it actually is.
